The service
GoStocko helps shoppers discover offers and estimated product availability from third-party retailers. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully.
Availability and prices
Stock, price, delivery and pickup information can change after our last check. The retailer's product page and checkout are the final authority. GoStocko does not guarantee that an item will remain available or that a displayed offer will be honored.
Retailer links
GoStocko currently uses non-affiliate retailer links and does not receive a commission when you follow them or make a purchase. If this changes, the relevant disclosure and these terms will be updated.
Third-party retailers
Purchases are completed directly with the retailer. Returns, warranties, shipping, payment, taxes and product support are governed by that retailer's terms. GoStocko is not the seller of listed products.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, abuse alerts, or reproduce substantial portions of the catalogue without permission.
Liability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. Questions can be sent to legal@gostocko.com.
